Having practiced in the bankruptcy and insolvency area since 1998, Mr. Till has represented an array of
debtors, creditors and other interested parties in connection with bankruptcy cases, foreclosure actions,
receiverships, adversary proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, assignments for the benefit of credits
and related commercial litigation.
Mr. Till’s experience includes the representation of parties on some of the nation’s
largest bankruptcy cases such as Delphi Corporation, Pacific Gas & Electric, Mirant Corporation and Enron,
as well as in numerous middle-market reorganizations and workouts. His experience covers a broad range of
legal disciplines applicable in transactions involving financially distressed businesses and real estate.
Past representations include technology, entertainment, financial, private equity, hedge fund, utility,
eyewear, airline, transportation and real estate industry clients. Mr. Till has also advised clients in
general business and commercial matters, secured financing transactions, preparation of form commercial
contracts and the negotiation of commercial agreements.
A graduate of Youngstown State University BA/BS and University of Miami School of Law,
Mr. Till served as a law clerk to the Honorable William T. Bodoh, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Northern
District of Ohio and the Honorable Leslie Tchaikovsky, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Northern District of
California. He is admitted to the California and Oregon Bars and is admitted to practice in the U.S.
District Court, Oregon; U.S. District Court, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California; and U.S.
Bankruptcy Court for the Central and Northern District of California.
