Avoiding Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
We rarely advise clients to file a Chapter 11, and we do so only after we have exhausted all other avenues of resolution. In fact, we consider a case a true victory only if we successfully resolve the client's financial problems through means other than bankruptcy. Avoidance of bankruptcy is always preferable.
